1) You don´t know what the market food contains
Maybe you had heard before this, more than you probably want to, but today vegetables, fruits, and meat are produced in big quantities. That brings us a lot of problems because to take care of huge fields the brands uses a lot of chemicals and pesticides that obviously goes into our food and ultimately into our body. We also know that the ground is not always fertile and in order to produce more and more the earth gets wasted and lose its nutrients so whatever we eating would have less and less quality every time.

2) Help us to be grateful and to value nature.

Is not a secret that is not super easy to grow our own food, it requires, time, care, and love. But in this beautiful process, you get in touch with nature again. To reconnect with the environment you live in. To learn more about the place you decided to be in: The weather, the ground, the water, the endemic plants around etc. You will with this value everything you have around, your effort of growing, what you used to waste before when you just buy at the supermarket. You will be thankful and you will feel GREAT!

3) Make us generate a community
When you are growing, potatoes, for example, you will notice that you produce maybe more than you and your family could eat and also you may feel that you don't have enough room for all the vegetables and fruits (especially fruits that comes from trees) you want to grow, that's why you can start making community with your friends and neighbors and exchange your products, what not only improves the interaction of the society but helps with its economy too.

We owe you 3 more reasons, perhaps the most important. To be aware of the second part of this article, subscribe to the blog.
